Baby boom

Congratulations go out to Nightingale Theater operators John and Sara Cruncleton, first-time parents who welcomed into the world Lottie Moon Cruncleton on Aug. 23.
"She's happy and healthy and beautiful," the proud papa said of his 6-pound, 13-ounce daughter. "Mom is tired, but she's a trouper."
Operations of the Midwestern Theater Troupe have slowed for obvious reasons, as the Cruncletons aren't the only ones in the baby business. Troupe member Jae Wilson and his wife, Amy, are expecting in January, while fellow Nightingale owner-operators Amber and Jeff Whitlatch await the birth of their first child in February.
"I'm sure we'll get most of them into the theater pretty early, maybe to form an ensemble group," John Cruncleton said with a chuckle. "Or perhaps just to clean up around the place."
